Donald Joseph Qualls better known under his stage nickname DJ Qualls was born in America. He is a popular fashion model, actor and producer. After gaining fame through his part on Road Trip he has since appeared in over 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. Also, he's appeared on 22 shows on television, such as Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order and Law & Order. Qualls battled Hodgkin's lymphoma since the age of 14 old. After two years of treatment, the cancer has gone into Remission. However, the treatment at such young a time had a an enormous impact on his body and thwarted his development. When he started acting financially secure, it was his target. He had experienced hardship in his early years. I've been a frugal person since I was a kid that I'm now had to be financially secure or else the world seems beyond my control, he said in an interview. The man also thinks back on his own childhood and wants to address the problem of the bullying. "Cruelty breaks me heart," he said. Both in real life and on screen, DJ would like to play father figure. Although, he acknowledges that directors rarely cast DJs for these types of characters. He would like to become an uncle one day in order to spend more time with the children and not be so occupied with his work.
